Notes

  1. Terms of ServiceTechnical Support Policy and Payment Terms apply for hosted plans.
  2. Resource charges are based on: Users, Total Storage and Transfer.
  3. The Tier price covers Resources “up to” the stated levels.
  4. Hosted plans have Resources allocated for each Tier on a MONTHLY basis.
  5. There are no monthly overage charges – we charge a fixed monthly fee based on pricing Tiers.
  6. Resource usage is reviewed monthly. If the resource usage exceeds that allowed by the current Tier, site is automatically billed at the next Tier level.
  7. Contact Elliptics Sales if your User or Storage requirements exceed the amounts in Tier 24.

Payment Terms

  1. All hosting plans are billed on the 1st of each month.
  2. Credit Card is our preferred method of payment.
  3. Payment by Check or EFT is available with an approved line of credit from Elliptics. A Check-EFT processing fee of $25 will be charged on all checks or EFTs of less than $250. (No fee for checks or EFTs of $250 or greater).
