WebCrossing Security Update for November, 2022

We have released a new version of WebCrossing with a security update for OpenSSL.
Updated OpenSSL to version 1.1.1s. Major changes include:

If you are a self-hosted customer and have a valid support and maintenance contract, please contact support for access to the latest WebCrossing build. If your support and maintenance contract has expired, please contact us to renew so we can provide you with this update.

The latest build is now WebCrossing 6.4-a544271 2022-11-14.

For nearly 8 years Doug has provided technical support for Eldis Communities – an extensively bespoke instance of the Webcrossing Neighbours application. In the 3 years I have worked with him Doug has not only shown his comprehensive knowledge of Webcrossing but also his relentless determination to provide a highly responsive and competent technical support service. He has delivered substantive server-side application development across the full range of Webcrossing functionality and provided backstopping support for me and for our partners to enable us to support multi-time zone projects.
